Pros
The company policy was good, and everything was really smooth. The employee pool is really vast. They have numerous projects from the US, so opportunities are immense for experienced people. They spend a significant amount in L&D. real Pro was mostly teams have hybrid model RTO. so I have to report only 2 days/weeks that too for 5-6 hours.
Cons
Large-organization bureaucracy: Multiple management layers, slower internal decision-making and sometimes fragmented coordination across business units. Utilization-driven pressure: Billability and utilization targets can create work intensity, long hours, and frequent bench periods between projects. Project variability and delivery stress: Client expectations, tight deadlines and legacy-modernization work can lead to high-pressure delivery cycles and frequent travel for some roles. Compensation growth limits for mid-level: While entry and senior packages can be competitive, mid-career salary progression can lag compared with fast-growing product or startup markets. Attrition and resource churn: High employee turnover in certain markets affects team continuity and knowledge retention on long engagements. Offshoring model trade-offs: Cost optimization via offshore delivery can mean junior staffing on critical projects, requiring strong governance to maintain quality.
