      They truly care for employees, you feel it in many different aspects. There's a lot to learn, and a lot of space to do new things, to innovate, even to make mistakes and learn from them. Mostly it's the amazing people who make it great.

      Cons

      There's a lot to be done and sometimes it gets a little chaotic.
