      Nice, central located headquarter Young team and fun/dynamic environment

      Cons

      Very tight deadlines Pushy management from the mother company Old technologies at least on my projects As a Team Lead you are more of a People Manager and Proxy Project Manager (if that even exists). You can easily get out of sync with your technical side.
