      -Many technologies so there are many ways to grow -Large company with multiple units and products -Young and great atmosphere in the office , people willing to share and grow with you -Ability to work in hybrid mode

      -Location of Israel office is in place with a lot of traffic jams -Snacks and drinks in the office kitchen can be better
