No flexible working despite what they say. Lots of office political and drama without actual working. Not enough headcount to support workload. Really hardworking ones are expected to finish the job when it's a collaborative project but everybody gets credit instead. Extremely strict clock in time. Salary does not justify workload. No work life balance.
