If you can't speak English and only speak Chinese, you can stay in this department. This department is full of Chinese people and all communication at work is in Chinese. You don't need to know English.
Cons
The working environment in this place is very bad. The clean room is very noisy, lacks necessary working conditions, the staff is not friendly, the production supervisor is very mean, will force you to do a lot of work that is not within your job scope, will deliberately bully you, find faults and deduct your salary! The staff turnover is very fast, and only the relatives and friends of the supervisor can stay to work.
