Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits, flexible schedule, bonuses for all starting this year, equity stock for salaried employees, I like my mid-level bosses a lot, they make working here so much better than some of the horror stories I hear from other companies. It’s also a very interesting job in the continuously growing field of photonics. We’re an under-rated company in my opinion.
Cons
CEO is extremely overpaid, raises this year were lower than expected probably due to the CEO’s insane compensation package. Makes me worry that the bonuses are meant to replace higher raises since they can choose to cancel or significantly reduce them whenever they want.
