Pros

A great place to work. Ethical leadership and very educated and motivated coworkers. I was proud to work here.

Cons

Sometimes certain managers on projects may not be up to par. However, a good partner will weed them out eventually.

Pros

Definitely want one of the better public accounting firms out there. Benefits are pretty good with the exception of the 401(k) match. The whole firm closes the week of Fourth of July and the week of Thanksgiving.

Cons

401(k) matches below industry standard. They recently increased the required number of hours during non-busy season from 37.5 to 40 and took away a couple days of PTO based on position
