The company has a hard time recognizing good internal talent when they see it. Most of the leaders are not really leaders. Very Very Very Top Heavy in HR. Very poor branding in the public market between Redbox and Coinstar Upper Management, very poor when it comes to communication with the rest of the company Future forecasting is horrible. Benefits are okay, but not great. No recognition from upper management when it came to good performance. Too many leaders do not understand the true roles of the their reports Not enough time off
