No career advancement Lots of fingerpointing and no accountability Original culture of redbox is gone Employee morale is at all time low and people are leaving in herds Lots of questionable activities and treatment in multiple functional areas New hires are brought in without any direct experience and treat employees like they are incompetent No advancement for high performers, only promos go to people who can kiss up, but had inadequate technical and people skills Why does everyone in Management think PIP's are necessary? If someone isn't a fit, let them go. I've never seen such a demanding, ego boosting and inappropriate process. Certain members of management continue to abuse this process to cover up for their inadequacies and to cover their behinds.
