Pros

Company benefits arehave imroved and they are trying to be a better place to work. Employment is currenlty solid in this industry

Cons

internal promotions exist for the redbox group.Outside talent is brought in for Coisntar; most promtions seem to be in the Operations group. Company has cnumer of employees who left to get ahead, and came back later to finally get promoted. No repercussions for poor mangers; they keep them even when they are flagrant simply becasue they are managment.

Pros

Autonomy and trust were the highlights of my time at Coinstar.

Cons

Leadership often changed directions and there was a lot of turnover in the department at the time I was at the company. As a fully remote employee, it seemed like the people at headquarters were viewed in a different light and I never really felt "part of the team."
