      Professional Family culture Good support system In-house legal council Lots of experience to draw from Supportive atmosphere among agents National recognition Lots of training and education opportunities

      They take a higher percentage of your commission Lots of overhead which effects your compensation No steady income, entirely commission based which is typical in the industry Little help in acquiring new leads for agents

      Although we are independent contractors,the broker continues to micromanage and it’s unbelievable how much money they take from our commissions.

      Excellent tools and management. Commission splits are competitive and you get to work with people that want to see you grow.
