      IT support, managerial support, training support; Coldwell Banker wants there agents to be succesfull and they spend a lot of time and money giving support and training.

      Cons

      It is expensive to be a part of the Coldwell Banker team and the housing market is not strong. Not everyone is making money.

      Although we are independent contractors,the broker continues to micromanage and it’s unbelievable how much money they take from our commissions.
