      Pros

      Very lenient in terms of taking sick time or making up missed time. No micromanaging and very comfortable work environment. Cigna insurance is decent.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth or promotions. Making less than $39k with $0.30 - $0.75 annually raises.

      Although we are independent contractors,the broker continues to micromanage and it’s unbelievable how much money they take from our commissions.

      Excellent tools and management. Commission splits are competitive and you get to work with people that want to see you grow.
