I joined Coldwell Banker due to their training and mentor program. Lots of helpful online and in office training.
Cons
My broker assigned me to a mentor who clearly did not have the time or interest in mentoring me. Some of the other new associates were assigned excellent mentors who truly helped them get a fast start.
