      I had a good experience because I really liked my boss. They were fair decisions being made and not a lot of extra work off hours

      Cons

      Decisions from above were often made that we’re not best or following out my job description. Also, those decisions shifted and impacted my job fairly regularly. So though I felt job security there was no telling what my job would actually be

      Recognition due to the name

      Although we are independent contractors,the broker continues to micromanage and it’s unbelievable how much money they take from our commissions.

      Excellent tools and management. Commission splits are competitive and you get to work with people that want to see you grow.
