Pros
Only thing I can say is they are desperate for talent. They will most certainly hire you if you live nearby (they dislike long commutes). Be sure to negociate hard for your hourly pay, you won't see raises at this company. If you enjoy being overworked and verbally abused, or if you just really need a stable paycheck with healthcare and a 401k, this job is for you.
Cons
There is no opportunity for career advancement here. The corporate office push out shoddy products and software and leave it to local branch staff (you) to take all the complaints and frustrations of the users. Management will bend over backwards to appease the real estate agents and you will find yourself doing their jobs as agents for them.
