I thought I was applying for a marketing role, but it’s really just a bunch of project management for dozens of individual agents, training agents on tools that I wasn’t trained on, and customer service. They’ll draw you in saying it’s a lot of marketing strategy, but it’s not. I just put up with angry agents who don’t understand that I’m not also tech support.
