Pros

Cole provides excellent mentorship and supervision. They have a position called a clinical competency specialist and they have created amazing AAC and Feeding training programs, along with the day to day support for all therapists. They also focus on your growth and development through their journey program. Culture is always a focus and a strength which leads to teamwork at all locations.

None worth mentioning as pros outweigh the cons
