I've been working as an OT at Cole health for 5 years now and am very grateful for the personal and professional growth I have made here. I have seen this company evolve and make changes that have positively impacted the patients and employees. They offer various leadership and professional development opportunities, such as CEU courses, leadership academy, feeding therapy training, and Journeys. We also have a lot of fun theme days, such as dress up days, potlucks, and trivia which is fun to participate in. There's always an opportunity if you want to learn more or become a better therapist/employee. My coworkers and very fun to work with every day and we collaborate all the time on shared patients. We also have a weekly OT/PT meeting and ST meeting which is a great chance for us to connect with each other and discuss shared patients. Leadership team is always there if you need something and they consistently communicate with us. I genuinely look forward to coming to work and feel that Cole Health has a very supportive, professional, fun staff. I would highly recommend working here. Whether you're a seasoned therapist or new grad coming out of school, this is a very welcoming work environment, and I think you would enjoy it, especially if you love the peds setting!
