The company values clinical excellence and provides consistent opportunities for growth—whether through collaboration, CEU opportunities, or leadership development programs. The culture emphasizes teamwork and putting patients first, which aligns perfectly with my own values as an SLP. I’ve been able to grow clinically and professionally, and I feel that my contributions are recognized and valued.

Cons

No real cons to note. Like any growing company, there’s always room to improve, but leadership is approachable and actively listens and makes changes based on feedback, which makes a huge difference.
