Pros
Great material reimbursement, Productivity was different for evaluating therapists than for assistants, Amazing ability to co-treat with other disciplines
Cons
The clients were paired with the therapists based solely on schedules, not necessarily "best fit." Frequently very high pressure from the schedulers to see extra patients during the planning time or to see last minute evaluations without giving the therapists time to obtain a background on the patients. Even though we were given ample time to observe other sessions, it would have been helpful to see documentation as well. Could be very difficult to discharge clients. Was enticed to work here for the mission trips, then realized that the directors are the ones to choose very few therapists to join them on mission work. Preference was given to those that spoke the language and those with whom the director was close to on a personal level.
