Pros
Cole Health provides interpreters to clients to help translate evaluations and treatment sessions. Depending on the schedule, they try to pair clients to a clinician who speaks the home language. Test evaluations are available in Spanish. If there isn't a test available in the home language, the clinicians will still find ways to test the children. In addition, they have bilingual front staff receptionists for parents when they check-in. Cole stays on top of the billing to help keep parents informed about what is covered or not covered, what needs to be done or not done, or when clients can be seen or when they are on hold.
Cons
They schedule back-to-back sessions here with little breaks which could be good or bad depending if you are an employee or a contract worker. Try to communicate with front staff when more support is needed.
