Working at Cole is most rewarding job ever. I feel empowered everyday knowing that I'm making a difference in our patients lives. I love that Cole supports me and puts themselves in the community. They are not just about profit, but true patient care. I love everything about this job. Our leadership supports new ideas and growth concepts. Being apart of the Cole Health family gives me more than what I could have ever imagined in my career.
