Pros

Being patient first! working with the kids and seeing them improve is amazing and amazing seeing the parents faces knowing we are helping their child improve makes my day

Cons

Not enough employee meetings/get togethers to help build team work. I notice the BCBA dosnt go down to say good morning or bye to the children/parents seems to always have a over load and never can make time to listen to others concerns and ideas
