No Growth, Favoritism. - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Cole Health Employee Review

Management lacks professionalism, no guaranteed hours, BCBAs (interns) going out with staff, and favoritism. There is no room for growth, pay is not anywhere comparable to other clinics, and promises are made that are not kept. Turnover is crazy because you aren't guaranteed even to see your clients, and if you do not see them, you do not get paid. It felt like I was back in high school, so much drama. The new supervisor, when I left, was not properly trained for the position and would still go out with employees and pick favorites. Then the favorites would get to choose their clients and choose when they would go in; it was a circus for sure; the easiest and least stressful part was honestly the children, the only thing I miss. They will hire anyone who applies.
