Corporate helped to align priorities and keep focus. Management Turnover was huge, difficult to implement a strategy and sustain any program put into place.
Cons
Lack of Teamwork, Employees are considered disposable, Benefits are lacking, No succession planning or career path management. Nepotism has been around for a long time.
