You get two weeks vacation and a week of sick leave when you start.

Cons

The pay isn't competitive; and management lies in reviews. They tell you your essential and have to come to work during a pandemic and work overtime; then tell you your average at your review. They get you in the door by telling you about all these benefits such as paid school, and compensation for safety glasses; but then when you go to claim them they always seem to mysteriously lose the paperwork.
