Collabera is extremely numbers driven which is not a problem at all if you have proper management and training. They do not give you proper training and throw you into roles that you are unprepared for. When you don't achieve the results, they want you get reprimanded and told to do better. How can one do better if there is no proper support and trainings?
Management does a very good job of telling you what they want, but they do not provide the proper support to achieve these goals. They need to do a better job of developing their team. The environment is extremely stressful, and pretty much everyone is unhappy. No one in our office had been there longer than a year which should have been a huge red flag right from the start. They have an extremely high attrition rate, but they don't seem to mind because they are constantly hiring new people to fill up for the people that leave.
In regards to growing with the company, they tell you specific metrics to hit to get promoted. Once you work your butt off and hit those metrics, they tell you they no longer need more people for that position or that they aren't promoting until a later time. It is very dishonest. All these great reviews are being posted because the company is making their employees write these reviews during work hours. I would not recommend working at this company.
