1. Almost 12 hour shifts.
2. I was told (in 2013) it was a 5 days a week job, but the management asked us to work on Saturdays too (it was not mandatory but the managers made an unofficial note of people not complying). Nowdays, I hear they have made it mandatory (I am not sure though).
3. Favouritism will have its presence known.
4. Increment loses to inflation.
5. Try not to get into a team which is handling new clients, as the chances of getting hires is very low and hence incentives are very low.
