Pros

1) Not exactly any Pros in the company apart from the salary you are hired at.

Cons

1) No work timings, it starts from 4am and end at 4am. 2) the top management considers you as their pet and will call you at their home on a Sunday evening to stay with them till 4 am because they are alone (And it is not on your choice Its mandate) 3) Hikes are funny and pressure is tremendous (More than you can bear, being a workholic I can say the pressure is more than one can take) 4) A shouts -> B shouts at -> C shouts -> D and the chain goes on. By the time it reaches to my reportee they have alreday heard it from 15 arrogant, mostly useless people in the organisation. 5) If you would look up in the news a girl committed suicide because of the pressure, others (if not sane) would do the same.
