Salary is very incompetent. Recruiters have to depend on their performance incentive which is usually questionable. (Computation is not fixed, the amount changes from time to time depending on the management's will.) A high number of hires does not equal to a higher amount of incentives.
Basic salary + Incentive will NEVER be enough for those unpaid OT and Saturday drives.
Management does not provide proper training to their recruiters. The recruitment process is so poor that you'll lose candidates while waiting for interview schedule. You'll be asked by the Client/Account Executive to bug/contact candidates almost all the time! This company accepts so-so communication skills of candidates and that just shows how incompetent their recruiters are. Continuous learning should be offered to recruiters/employees through additional "efficient" training.
Recruiters are not well-taken care of. They'll have to work during weekends, warming up candidates and updating Account Managers but no appreciation will be given to them.
Managers/Leaders have their own favorite pet which they favor almost all the time.
You'll be treated as a TRAITOR if you leave the company for a better opportunity and better pay which they cannot provide.
Management will put you on the PIP (Performance Improvement Program) without any good reason. Please consider the specific accounts which your recruiters handle cause clearly, accounts affect the performance of recruiters. Some teams handle active requirements while other teams are left with escalated and inactive requirements.
