Unethical practices - Order Management Collabera Employee Review

Very unorganised. Repeatedly ask new employees to fill same forms again and again and send documents repeatedly. Make new joiners wait for long after sending letter of intent with false assurance to new joiners. Very unethical practices they promise remuneration to new joiners and then after signing letter of intent turn their backs for raising the concerns regarding remuneration and ask to wait and not sign appointment letter and then suddenly say you are out of the company. Very unethical practices.
