Pros
Salary deposits on time. If you are managing a team (and a bad manager), you can take your team for granted. No one will bother, and helpless subordinates can't even get to complain. Talking to HR is a joke and you get plenty of them. On a serious note, Some verticals who have good people at the top "may" be good.
Cons
No direction and nobody knows what to do. it has been the story for about two years now. Particularly in the dept I worked, head and his right hand are creating havoc and hardly are questioned even with the reliable proofs. Most of the resources have quit and more are quitting, cursing the entire company and the top management.
