Pros
The intake is nice when getting hired. However, if you decide to leave that's when things change.
Cons
I called Collasys and spoke with the recruiter that brought me onboard to let them know I had been given an offer that I could not pass up. (More money, benefits and basically my dream job that is in line with what I have worked hard for getting an associates degree and now working on my bachelors). Well, the recruiter was very frustrated and basically told me I could not leave so soon and that I was obligated to stay at least 6 months. I told him I was leaving and could not pass up the opportunity. He stated that I was being very unprofessional and continued to try to force me to stay in the position. Like I said, he wanted me to wait it out 6 months. The job I was offered would never be around after all that time and I would be stuck in a dead end position with no upward mobility. I chose to leave barring their wishes anyway. I also gave the company MORE than 2 weeks notice and told them I could continue to work up until the new job. The very next day I was told not to go to work and I was relieved of my duties. Now, I am STILL waiting to receive my final paycheck almost 10 days later. Payroll told me it was mailed out. It never came. I called the manager and she said that the company I was contracting with needed to approve hours. Basically I was lied to. Now I have turned this over to Labor Control to try to resolve the issue. I will not let over $700 be lost to me.
