Pros
Hardly any pros, except that you'll get your salary on time, biweekly.
Cons
You're gonna stay on same salary package for years and in the same position, even though they get a bunch of money from the client from your salary. Account managers are rude and don't know how to communicate professionally. You'll have to remind and keep on asking for immigration related things
