      Pros

      Free soda occasional staff lunches and $100 Christmas bonus

      Cons

      They allow harassment they will get rid of you and leave the harasser. They like to hire a lot of family members, if your not a Valdez, Gomez, Gonzalez goodluck. Upper management has no idea what really goes on in the office and behind closed doors. Horrible pay with 2% bonus every year

      It feels like a community here, not draining corporate vibes. Everyone is likeminded and excited about the work they're doing.
