Management keeps mentioning that autonomy is important, but micro manages, unrealistic deadlines and expecting you to work long hours just to meet deadlines. Management wants to have full say in every decision being made which directly contradicts the 'autonomy'. When you tried to push back, you wont win. Chaotic and changing plans every other day it feels like. The amount of meetings that you will get pulled is too much.
