Pros
-A lot of growth oppurtunity - Exciting, youre working with collectiables and unique items which you cant say you will do in most jobs - Really strong worklife balance and dpending on the team you join a strong communitity - Great for entry level if you are wanting to learn about operations
Cons
- Growth potential is there but dont expect to get there quickly unless joining on in those higher roles, takes time to work your way up and can feel like youre stagnant for a while - Doucmentation of processes could be stronger and better communicated/reinforced - Reporting sysytems could be more user-friendly, could benefit from some automation
