Pros

I am thinking hard and can't think of many good things about this place. 1. Lot of public holidays total of 15. 2. Easy work hours and flexible schedule 3. Laid back work 4. If you suck up to your boss and leads/PMs you are in good shape.

Cons

Where do I begin. 1. Absolutely despise the management from top to bottom. 2. Most of them except non-management staff are dummies, only care about power and money. 3. Not a healthy environment, leads and PMs have big egos. Don't like to hear a different opinion..."my way or the highway" attitude. 4. Do not ever go into former data services, it is run by incompetent fools. 5. There are two lead information analysts that are absolute scum of the planet, same goes to a very special lady manager who I am having fun working under. 6. Every day is a firefight, no intention of solving or automating work, just plain old manual processes... 7. If you want your career and skills to stagnate this is the place to be. 8. No documentation of key business processes and procedures. Everything is safely locked up in key SMEs brains. Hope they never get hit by a bus or a truck, else half of the company's knowledge is gone...HUGE RISK for the company.....management idiots are you listening??? Good luck bozos...I'm gonna leave this place soon ...and you guys stay under the rock forever. God help the kids who are taking SAT and AP.

Pros

Great coworkers to be around, great benefits, work-life balance was perfect before the middle management layoffs. Collaborating with teams is constant and helpful for the design process.

Cons

They cut the research team, relying on designs to take on that plus end-to-end products, which leaves to heavy work loads and late nights. Deadlines are rather quicker than usual since the reorg.
