Pros

Benefits: 20 PTO days (for new hires); 403b; health/dental/vision/; tuition reimbursement/ 10 paid sick days. Pay is OK (but not great) f you're good at your job, it's not that hard. Most of the people are generally OK.

Cons

Excellent work is not rewarded; ass-kissing is. Having a baby seems to be a great way to network. Vast pay discrimination. IF you get promoted, you will only get the bare minimum of the pay scale of your new position; if a new person was hired, they could easily negotiate for more. So experience and knowledge mean NOTHING. Little to no room for advancement. If you're good at your job, your manager will try to keep you there. Lots of lip service to "promoting from withing," but very little action to that effect. Stupid hierarchy; chain of command. God forbid you "go over someone's head" to ask a question that they wouldn't know anyway. OCCUPY THE COLLEGE BOARD!

Pros

Great coworkers to be around, great benefits, work-life balance was perfect before the middle management layoffs. Collaborating with teams is constant and helpful for the design process.

Cons

They cut the research team, relying on designs to take on that plus end-to-end products, which leaves to heavy work loads and late nights. Deadlines are rather quicker than usual since the reorg.
