Pros
Great benefits! The company contribute 13% to the employee 403B. The company is very mission-drive. They have older, legacy assessments that will probably keep them in business for a while longer.
Cons
This organization is stale and tired. The product suite is very siloed - most times one program doesn't know what the other is doing which leads to miscommunications and rework. There is quite a bit of cronyism in this company; one never knows who might have it out for you and if your job will be there tomorrow. The recent "reorganization" notwithstanding, the company has no idea how to make the changes it so desperately needs to keep up with the needs of institutions and school districts. The high-profile, first-class travel habits of middle and senior management do not support the organization's mission. This company is the place where older, tired college deans and school district officials comes after they've retired.
