Business Outlook
Pros
The College Board probably has one of the best benefits package. They contribute 13% to your retirement. Salary is competitive. That being said, annual raises are small and growth opportunities are limited.
Cons
The College Board just recently went through a change in leadership coupled with a reduction in workforce. This was not handled the best, resulting in low morale organization-wide. I would not be surprised if a good proportion of current employees leave voluntarily.
