Many groups do not contribute or add value to organization. If you fall in these groups you are lucky with good compensation and life style Certain groups are over-worked and under-appreciated. Lot of churn seen in recent times as no one recognizes good work.
Cons
Had high hopes for new leader. But he seems inexperienced to handle an organization this size. New management is clueless and has put wrong people in key decision-making roles. New faces do not listen and very frustrating & discouraging when you are more knowledgable than your manager. More talent to leave if this continues Hope Board of Trustees notice what progress the organization had in past year. It will be really sad to see the organization go wrong path and ruin all good work great educators have done in past 100 years to make this company successful
