This has to be one of THE worst eye and dental plans available. Annual raises are practically offensive. My last review was stellar, and I received JUST enough of a raise to put me in a higher tax bracket and take home less. Thanks. There is a chasm where internal communication should be. Divisions and departments are very insular, and often, field staff and regional staff find out about changes and external campaigns days, weeks or even months after they've launched.
