Complete lack of processes; lots of un ironic self-impotance - Anonymous employee College Board Employee Review

Old-fashioned technology; incompetent upper mgt that avoids answering questions so as not to be found out as incompetent; uber-corporate environment but one from 1989; android-like, super inflated ego types; database hacks; unfriendly. This place was a shocker--it is retro but in a very negative way. They use Dells and Blackberries! Are averse to change, and are always "too busy" to do any real work. Very low morale, a humorless, joyless place. And I think it is restricted...HR is a caricature of itself...
