Corruption and extreme favoritism toward certain group and bootlickers. No transparency on promotion. The review process is a hoax. If you are in the 'circle' then you are guaranteed a promotion or a raise. Management value lip service over hard work. The company business is going downhill with no future. They layoff staff in the name of financial hardship but at the same time they promoted people in the 'circle'!! Don't come here unless you wanted to be treated like crap.
