The company offers free drinks and a nice office. Benefits can be better than most companies.
Cons
The whole customer service dept. has a negative energy. It is not your regular company, I noticied that management will become unprofessional at times. There is no help from management- they show a lazy but family oriented culture. which to a business professional rubs you the wrong way. The director is no-where to be foubd. When leadership shows frustration for the littlest things you as an employee start to lose confidence. A lot of smiling in your face but they are watching you with no feeeback. Alot of employees not qualified but still stick around because they are vested in the company. If someone can do a better job, hire that person for the sake to make your non-profit more effective.
