Pros
As most will tell you, the benefits here are fantastic - some of the best I've ever seen really. That could be because of the fact that salaries are below average for the work being asked in most lower level positions. There is a push to increase employee engagement that is great to see from an employer. Upper management has a great vision for the trajectory of the company.
Cons
There are some serious structural issues with the way internal growth and promotions are set up. You sometimes have to do a lot of moving around from department to department in order to move up. Also, bonuses are given unfairly to very few people. That structure needs to be overhauled completely. Work/life balance can be hard to navigate at times, and this is often exacerbated by the fact that there is very little support/admin staff.
