Intense, not for the faint of heart, but extremely rewarding for the few who make it - Branch Manager College Works Painting Employee Review

Pros

No matter what major, if you want a feel for running a business from marketing, sales, operations, accounting, profit/loss, profit margins, personnel manager, and customer relationship management and you're highly motivated, this is for you. If you just want something good on you're resume, well plenty of those apply, but only those who have the drive to continue no matter what, put in the hours, learn and are passionate about succeeding will make it.

Cons

20-30hours during school, sometimes 80-100hours during summer, but again if you're passionate you'll focus on optimizing you're business and delegating so that you can work some weeks 20 hours and still be a top intern though biggest con: few make it to the top, and it's not worth it if you're not in the top.

Pros

They are no pros to working here.

Cons

These people are awful. Worked here 10 years ago and I still think about how bad it was. First off they manipulated me into taking the job and then when I got there I was feeling pretty paranoid and sketched out by their behavior. By the end of the first training they were openly picking on me because I wasn’t participating. From that point on I had lost any trust in the staff as they were making everything about me. Some kind of bullying campaign was being done against me. They were putting stuff in my food and water to mess with me. The second training the Vp was talking about how much he hated me using indirect terms. Such as “I hate PowerPoint” but he was referring to me. In hindsight I should have just left and quit but I guess I didn’t want to just let them win. In the end they quit on me and basically went against their company values such as relationships are everything (didn’t talk to me), results matter (less time focused on me would have gotten results) , and never give up ( I never quit but they did).
